Pre ordered meals

When meals are pre-ordered to speed up service, have the menu choices recorded on place cards. To allow flexibility for seating at meal times, have the place cards positioned at the entry door. The note of the meal choice inside the card is a prompt for those who have other things on their mind than menu selections.
