Here are some web sites that have optical illusions that may be useful in training activities.

Professor Michael Bach's collection with a great thumbnail index on the front page.

A history of the young girl / old woman illusion and lots of other interesting stuff on their home page.

An animated gif containing 13, or is it 12 men? Wait until the image moves  and their explanation of how it works.

A collection of uncommon illusions with some history or commentary on each. They also offer a daily illusion by email or RSS feed.

A collection presented by the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences as a means of introducing kids to science and research interests.
