Tricks Trainers Trade

another simple idea that John Sleigh uses to add involvement to his training programs

Reading Your Script

If reading from a lengthy script place the pages to one side of the lectern.  Slide the top page to the clear side, so that both it and the second page are now visible.  As you reach the end of the first page, slide the second page on top of it so that now page three is visible. This allows continuity without pausing to turn over the pages.

Use about three bolder headings per page to help you find your place.

Leave the bottom third of the page blank, so that you can maintain eye contact more easily during pauses.
