What to include
There is rarely enough time to cover everything in a
training session. Involve past participants, job experts, supervisors,
subordinates and customers in differentiating between:

Should Already Know - revise with pre course assignment
or readings

Need to Know, - the reason for the training
-
Nice to Know and - can easily cause
distraction during the training session

Need to be able to find - can be covered by an
annotated reading list
