Resources for people who help people learn

and isn't that all of us?

Are you looking for that special activity that can make the difference between a training session and a learning experience?

If you are, then you have come to the right site.

I also present seminars to help your staff design or deliver training with style, manage time, induct new employees, or present a message.

You may find the training activities, structured exercises, visuals, stories or  energizers that I have posted on this site answer your need.  I hope you do.  All I ask is that you credit the source and let me know how it all went.

If you need something that is not available as a free download, then I can help too.

The materials on this site were all developed for clients who had a particular training need.  If you would like me to put my mind to your problem then I will be pleased to assist.

Use my FREE response form to Ask me a question about training design or experiential learning.

As you surf this site, you will also find samples of activities that I have developed to make learning fun. There are also articles on adult learning issues and a collection of other resources such as presentations using PowerPoint that trainers from throughout the world have found useful.

If you would like some additional creative input in a program that you are designing, I can provide it for a very competitive fee. If you need assistance, then I can provide it -  often quite effectively over the net.

I am happy to attend your conference of trainers or managers to explain how the principles of adult learning are the key to effective workplace communication.

John Sleigh has been applying adult learning principles to training design and workplace communication projects since 1988.
